7 commandments of the animals
1. No animal shall kill one another
2. No animal shall starve to death
3. No animal shall sleep in a bed with a blanket and pillow
4. No animal shall communicate with humans
5. All animals must not be controlled by humans
6. All animals both wild and tamed are all equal
7. All animals should not copy the ways of the humans.
These commandments are slightly similar to Snowball’s commandments but most of them are different. I think the ones that were originally set by Snowball were more effective because it was more simple and powerful than mine. I think that later in the book, an animal or a group of animals might break the rules that were set because this book was based on the Russian Revolution and that was roughly what happened then.

Hello Sky,
Thank you for you commandments and commentary. I like that you are beginning to apply context and make predictions for the novel based on this.
If you were to attempt this task again, how might you develop your own political allegory? Which historical event would you base your own novel on? Why? Which details would you change? Why?
